Function Summaries of the Control System

  • Fruit juice on-line adsorbing, recycle and rinse are all completed under auto-control;
  • Auto-recording device for data keeping of whole procedures;
  • Swift between manual and auto with no interference;
  • Real-time and on-line data correcting or adjusting;
  • Alarming for abnormalities during operation

Some hardwares like PLC, touch screen, transducer are introduced in the system and working status of valves, temperatures, flux at the locale are detected and then calculated through loaded Boolean calculation program to actualize monitoring and modifying every operation step. There are three interfaces respectively for control, operation, monitoring and record. As for operation mode, it can be recognized as manual or auto, which can be subdivided into semi-auto and full-auto. However, any mode can be switched to another with no interference.

There are five running steps for the system which are operation, washing with alkali, washing with acid, sterilization and rinse, which can be classified into three sub-divisions for operation—fruit juice exchange, juice adsorptions, pure water exchange; three sub-divisions for alkali washing—alkali input, alkali cycling and rinse alkali; two sub-divisions for acid wash—acid cycling and rinse acid; two for sterilization—sterilization cycling and antiseptic rinse. ( The all sub-divisions and be added or omitted through manual or auto control if necessary.)

The following tasks can be automatically implemented by the system: alkali rationing, acid rationing and antiseptic rationing. In addition, heating the alkali solution is auto-controlled as well. In one word, as long as outer conditions are fulfilled the whole system is able to continuously operate with no interruption.

Fruit/Vegetable juice adsorption apparatus

1、Apparatus for pesticide remains control in juice

When food security is mentioned there come some technical problems to be solved--to eliminate pesticide remains, patulin and hydroxymethylfurfural, especially for concentrated juice. It is also a nodus for juice export. In recent years the problems of juice security have become more serious du to varied reasons, for instance, multiple raw material sources, overage competition, some new techniques introduced such as pomade liquefaction. Adsorption technique has been widely adopted by more juice manufacturers because of its obviously features--directness, innocuity and high effect. Most juice processing companies, that are intended to enforce their competition and would like to pay great attention to their quality control, start to use adsorption technique to solve the problems and guarantee juice security. Through deep R & D on adsorbent materials and tailor--designed devices for pesticide remains control apparatus, SunResin has made it possible to accurately control and effectively eliminate injurant like remaining pesticide and patulin.

2、Apparatus for Pear Juice Stability

The content of inducement substance, which influence the color value of pear juice, can be greatly reduced to improve pear juice's stability for storage when Pear Juice Stability Adsorption Apparatus is jointly applied with concentrated apple/pear juice Adsorption Equipment.

3、Apparatus for Pomegranate juice Color Ratio Control

Pomegranate juice made in different areas of China is not able to reach the international Color ratio standard due to raw material diversity. However the problem can be properly solved if special resins are adopted together with tailor designed adsorption techniques thereby the market value of pomegranate juice will definitely be increased.

4、Apparatus for Concentrated apple/pear juice Adsorption

It is adopted during the procedure of concentrated fruit and vegetable juice processing not only to perfect its physical and chemical indexes such as color value, transmittance and turbidity but to clear away the injurants like patulin and pesticide remains.

5、Apparatus for deionized Juice adsorption

It is for extracting natural fructose from apples, pears and pineapples with excellent appearance and physical and chemical stability.

 

 

6、Apparatus for Orange Juice Debitter / Deacid

The new processing technique for various flesh content orange juice makes it reality to lower the production cost which used to be fairly high for traditional method debitter. Three particular patents are adopted with flexible combinations according to various requirements.
